  This particular Tri-State has unparalleled customer service I go in there and every single time they help me find what I'm looking for without problems. The store has a really good selection especially regarding camping or anything outdoors. The building is clean, well lit, and organized. The other shoppers seem to be kind and it isn't too crowded in the building. The management is superb - they do a really good job with their employees and their organization. As I stated before all the employees are quick to help you and they don't seem to have a drop of arrogance. Parking outside is usually not a problem. The only con is the ludicrous mark-up they instill on all of their products. I usually come here before an item or two regarding outdoor activities or camping, however because of the price I don't load my cart here. Most of their goods are high quality and usually have warranties when applicable. I also believe that they have some kind of customer rewards program if you're into that sort of thing.

  My experience with the archery department at the Moscow Idaho Tri-state was one for the books. I brought in a brand new winners choice string and cables to be installed and when I got my bow back the serving was severely frayed around the bottom cam. I should note that I inspected the string before I brought it to the store and it was in perfect condition. When I pointed it out at the store they refused to admit fault and work with me to replace it. One of the bow techs even admitted to the string being in perfect condition when he installed it but refused to admit to the damages after I pointed out the frayed serving. I even called the store manager to explain what happened but they refused to help. Please do yourself a favor and do not bring your bow to this store to be worked on.
