  My husband and I went to Howard Hughes to look for a range today. We generally buy online due to price and convenience. However, our recent online experience didn't go so well. Anyway, upon arriving to this store, we were instantly greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our questions were answered and the price for the range was right for our budget. Our higher expectations for customer service at a brick and mortar store were definitely met. We will continue to shop here for future purchases.

  Very quick and friendly service, but services fees are really high. I paid total $211 for 20 minutes of service and a $30 part. It would be nice if the diagnostic fee was waived if service is completed within the hour of arrival.
